Returning to the Qur’an and the Heirs of the Prophet ﷺ

This September in London, the doors of knowledge are opening for its seekers! At Darussalam Masjid, join Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan for five days of seeking knowledge, journeying through Imam Ibn Rajab’s tafsīr of the Farewell Surah and Imam al-Saʿdi’s advice on uniting the Ummah.

What We’ll Study

Imam Ibn Rajab’s Tafseer of Surah An-Nasr

  • The Surah of victory and farewell.
  • What comes after success for a believer?
  • The closing chapter of the Prophet’s ﷺ mission.
  • The last revelation, but not the last lesson…

Treatise on Unity by Imam as-Sa'di

  • Unity: an obligation, not a choice.
  • Division - the disease that weakens the Ummah.
  • Holding fast to the rope of Allah, together.
  • What truly preserves the Ummah, and what happens if we ignore it?

Why You Should Attend

  • The dunya glorifies power and grand celebrations, but this Farewell Surah shows Muslims how to truly approach success, with humility, repentance, and turning back to Allah.
  • Arguments, sects, and rivalries pull the Ummah apart. Imam as-Sa’di reminds us that unity is not a choice, but an obligation that preserves our strength and dignity.
  • Tired of the dunya’s noise and distractions? This is your chance to refocus on your Akhira, to seek knowledge with consistency, and to raise your aspirations again.
  • Access to reliable people of knowledge often feels distant. This Dawrah is your opportunity to sit with Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan, to learn, reflect, and take away lessons you can live by.

He was known not just for what he taught, but how he taught it - with humility, sincerity, and a heart that longed to revive the way of the early generations.
