When the world leaves you, what will remain?
A stirring Dawrah ʿIlmiyyah on the Hereafter with Ustadh
Abdulrahman Hassan
Darussalam Masjid, West London | 13 - 14 September 2025 |
5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
One day, your name will be forgotten. Your titles will be passed
to someone else. Your possessions will be divided among those you
leave behind.
The people you loved will lower you into the earth, brush the dust
from their hands, and walk away.
Only three things will step into the grave with you - and they are
being written now.
This September, step inside Darussalam Masjid for two nights of reflection
and knowledge. Together with Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan, we’ll study
Imam Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali’s powerful text, The Three That Follow to the Grave.
This isn’t just a study. It’s an invitation to face the question
that matters most: when everything else is gone, what will still be with you?
What You’ll Uncover
Ibn Rajab’s work is brief but piercing, rooted in the Prophet’s ﷺ words that never grow old. Across two evenings, you’ll explore:
Why this Dawrah matters?
The dunya makes people chase wealth, followers, and fleeting
fame. It celebrates status and limelight that vanish in an
instant.
But death strips all of it away. What remains is what you sent
forward: deeds, knowledge, and prayer that reach beyond the grave.
This Dawrah will remind you of that reality and invite you to
prepare with sincerity, repentance, and purposeful action.
